Here are some ideas for the next meeting:

What are some examples of good Bridge/Lightshop/Photoshop workflow, and how do folks proceed from start to finish given a card full of new photos?

Bring or discuss photos that gave you the most headaches and explain how you dealt with them and what methods you used, if any, to fix the photos.

Using Commands in Photoshop.  What's the easiest way to construct a command, and what are some cool commands that people have built. What would people like to accomplish with a command that they need help constructing.
